One person pays per family. Everyone you invite joins free with their own account — and can belong to several families.

One family, up to 2 adults and 2 kids, and up to 10 items — a repeating activity like weekly swimming counts as one item. On Free each schedule runs for up to 2 weeks from its start date; we remind you before it ends, and subscribing keeps it repeating.

It simply stops repeating — nothing is deleted and past check-ins stay. Two days before, parents get a heads-up like “Meg's Dance ends Friday on Free”. Subscribe and one tap keeps every schedule going.

Unlimited kids and items, schedules that repeat all term (no 2-week limit), up to 6 adults, push leave-now reminders on every phone, morning digest and unassigned-duty alerts.

14 days of Family, free, no card needed. If you don't subscribe, the family simply returns to Free — nothing is deleted.

Yes, anytime. Subscriptions bought in the App Store are managed in your Apple ID settings; web subscriptions in Settings → Billing.

No. Kids are profiles with a name, age and colour — only adults sign in.

No. Every request simply says “Request sent”, whether or not the email or number belongs to an account — so nobody can use Who's On to check who's signed up. They only see your family once they accept.

Only your family and the families you invited. People without the app see it only through the private link you share with them — the link is long and random, so it can't be guessed.

No. Family connections, invites, RSVPs and WhatsApp links are included on both Free and Family.

Yes. Only members of your family see your schedule. Caregivers only see duties assigned to them, and other families only ever see “busy”.
