Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Who's On, provided by SJG Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Who's On helps households organise children's activities, appointments and who is responsible for them. It is an organisational aid: you remain responsible for the care, supervision and safe transport of children. Reminders and notifications may be delayed or fail and must not be relied on as the only safeguard.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Family admins control who joins their family and their roles.
3. Plans and billing
Free and paid (Family) plans are described on our pricing page. Family is billed per family, monthly (R29) or yearly (R259), after an optional 14-day free trial. In-app purchases are processed by Apple under its terms; web payments by SJG Payments Hub. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. In line with the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA, you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Your content
You own the information you add. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Only add information you are entitled to share, including about children in your care and third-party contacts.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other families' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be excluded.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
